Unpublish or delete your listing

Owner removal actions are on your business listings page, not inside a section editor. Unpublish hides a published listing and stops new enquiries. Delete removes it from search while retaining data rather than immediately destroying it.

1. 11. Open your business listings page.
2. 22. Find the correct listing card.
3. 33. Select Unpublish listing to hide a published listing.
4. 44. Read the warning.
5. 55. Select Unpublish listing again to confirm.

To delete instead, follow this separate path for the correct listing.

1. 11. Select Delete listing on its card.
2. 22. Read the delete warning.
3. 33. Type the exact listing name shown in the confirmation.
4. 44. Select Delete listing to confirm.

Tip: Choose Cancel if you selected the wrong business or are unsure. Check the name carefully before confirming deletion.

Good to know: These controls require owner access and do not appear on suspended or archived listings. MWT Cymru can restore a deleted listing within 30 days. An eligible unpublished listing offers submission for review; publication needs review again. Contact MWT Cymru promptly if restoration is needed.
