Find and link with local partners

Partners helps you find businesses that complement your services. A link is a relationship, not a combined booking contract or a guarantee that the other business can supply a particular event.

1. 11. Open Partners.
2. 22. Choose a distance under Within.
3. 33. Enter a group size if useful.
4. 44. Open a suggested listing to check its details.
5. 55. Select Ask to work together on a suitable suggestion.
6. 66. Add a Short note (optional).
7. 77. Select Send request.
8. 88. Review incoming requests.
9. 99. Select Accept or Decline on the relevant request.
10. 1010. Review Your partners after the list updates.

Tip: Discuss travel, access, capacity and availability directly before recommending a partner. Read the partner’s actual listing rather than assuming that a suggestion guarantees suitability.

Good to know: Pending requests are not accepted links. Accepted links and outgoing requests can be removed using the displayed removal action. Each business agrees its own terms and quotes separately. Partnering does not authorise commission collection by EventPlan Wales. Email-dependent notifications are coming soon.
