Accessibility facts

Give specific access facts, limitations and bilingual statements.
Accessibility includes access facts, statements, sustainability information and your stated response time. Explain current facilities and limitations. A general accessible claim is less useful than information about routes, toilets, parking and bedrooms.
- 1. Open Accessibility from Your listing.
- 2. Set step-free access and lift options accurately.
- 3. Select the applicable facts in each access group.
- 4. Enter accessible-parking count and distance.
- 5. Enter accessible-bedroom count supported by your room information.
- 6. Identify rooms with hearing loops.
- 7. Add your access-guide web address if available.
- 8. Upload an access-guide PDF no larger than 5 MB if you have one.
- 9. Write the English accessibility statement.
- 10. Write its Welsh equivalent.
- 11. Record sustainability accreditations and statements accurately.
- 12. Set your stated enquiry response time.
- 13. Select Save and back to Your listing.
Tip: Explain restrictions, such as steps on one route or access limited to certain rooms. Check facts with the person responsible for your facilities.
Good to know: Uploading a guide does not replace saving the section. Neither a tick box nor a PDF is independent platform certification. Keep accessible-bedroom figures consistent with Bedrooms.
