2. 22. Enter the number of car-parking spaces.
3. 33. Enter the number of coach spaces.
4. 44. Name the nearest station.
5. 55. Record station distance in miles.
6. 66. Enter the number of EV charging points.
7. 77. Set the station-shuttle option accurately.
8. 88. Set coach-turning and on-site coach-parking options accurately.
9. 99. Enter a starting day delegate rate where shown.
10. 1010. Enter a starting 24 hour residential rate where shown.
11. 1111. Select We quote prices on request if that matches your approach.
12. 1212. Explain rate inclusions in English and Welsh.
13. 1313. Complete bilingual how-it-works fields for mobile delivery where shown.
14. 1414. Select Save and back to Your listing.

Tip: State what your own rate includes without implying another supplier’s activity, transport or accommodation is bundled into it.

Good to know: Venue search visibility needs a room layout capacity plus a guide rate or prices-on-request setting, alongside publication and other eligibility requirements.
