- Is EventPlan Wales free for planners?
- Yes. Searching, shortlisting and sending enquiries is completely free for event planners.
- How do enquiries work?
- You send one enquiry and each business receives its own copy. Businesses reply to you directly with availability and a quote. EventPlan Wales never combines prices or takes payments.
- Can I send one enquiry to several venues?
- Yes. Add venues to your shortlist and use "Send one enquiry to all shortlisted businesses". Each business gets a separate enquiry and replies directly.
- Do you offer a Welsh language service?
- Yes. The whole site works in Welsh and English, and the MWT Cymru team is happy to help in either language.
For businesses
- How much does a listing cost?
- 3 months free, then £29 + VAT a month or £295 + VAT a year. Free for MWT Cymru members.
- How are listings checked?
- Details are supplied by each business and checked by the MWT Cymru team before a listing is published.
- Who handles contracts and payments?
- Each business quotes and contracts with you separately. EventPlan Wales is enquiry-only and never takes payments or combines prices.
