Availability

Select dates and monthly availability, without treating the calendar as a booking system.
Availability gives organisers an indication of when you can host them. It is not a live booking system. Always confirm dates and arrangements directly before accepting an event.
- 1. Open Your listing.
- 2. Open Availability.
- 3. Select the dates to update in Specific dates.
- 4. Choose Mark available, Mark limited or Block dates to save those dates.
- 5. Choose the appropriate monthly status: Likely free, Limited or busy, or Closed or seasonal.
- 6. Enter restrictions in Capacity note, for example weekdays only, up to 40.
- 7. Select Save availability for monthly settings.
- 8. Select Save and back to Your listing when finished.
Tip: Select whole month helps when many dates share a status. Individual dates take priority over the monthly setting, so use them for exceptions.
Good to know: An unset calendar does not mean everything is available. Recheck it after accepting bookings elsewhere. The spreadsheet upload also accepts dates, but use its template and read the overwrite choice before importing. UK dates such as 03/11/2026 are supported.
