Bedrooms

2 min readUpdated 20 October 2026

Describe your own room numbers, sleeping capacity and starting room rate.

Bedrooms appears when selected business types include accommodation. Record your own sleeping provision. Nearby hotels belong in the separate partner-hotels notes, not your property’s bedroom total.

  1. 1. Open Bedrooms from Your listing.
  2. 2. Enter the total number of bedrooms.
  3. 3. Record the number of en-suite rooms.
  4. 4. Enter single, double, twin and family room counts in their fields.
  5. 5. Record accessible rooms supported by your access information.
  6. 6. Enter the maximum guests who can sleep at your property.
  7. 7. Add a starting room rate.
  8. 8. Describe nearby partner hotels in the dedicated notes field if relevant.
  9. 9. Select Save and back to Your listing.
  10. 10. Reopen Bedrooms to check the saved figures.

Tip: A twin room is one room, not two. Avoid inflating your total where a room can have different configurations; explain that flexibility in your description.

Good to know: The starting rate is a guide, not live availability or a confirmed reservation. Keep accessible-room numbers consistent with Accessibility. Update Availability separately when dates change.
