Find Welsh venues using your group size, location, room layout and other practical needs.
Find suitable venues
- 1. Open Find a venue.
- 2. Choose the kind of place you need under Looking for.
- 3. Enter your group size under People.
- 4. Choose a room layout if seating arrangements matter.
- 5. Choose a region or enter a town in the location control.
- 6. Set your date using When if you know it.
- 7. Open More filters for additional facilities and accessibility requirements.
- 8. Open a business listing to check its spaces, travel details and guide prices.
- 9. Use the heart to save a promising business to your shortlist.

Tip: Start with the essentials. Adding every preference at once can hide places worth discussing with the business.
Good to know: The map button changes how results are displayed. A map position does not confirm journey time, transport availability or step-free access. Read the listing and ask about anything important to your group.
Good to know: A starting price is a guide, not a confirmed quote. Missing prices do not mean a venue is free. Each business confirms availability and quotes separately; EventPlan Wales does not book or take payment for your event.
