Manage your profile and language, and understand which details you share with businesses.
Check your account and choices
- 1. Select Sign in in the header.
- 2. Use your password or an available social sign-in button.
- 3. Open My account from the account menu.
- 4. Check the signed-in email address shown on the page.
- 5. Edit your name in the profile form if needed.
- 6. Choose Preferred language.
- 7. Select Save.
- 8. Open Privacy to read how information is handled.
- 9. Review the sharing and optional marketing choices each time you send an enquiry.

Tip: Keep using the same account for your enquiries and plans. If a page appears empty, check the signed-in email before creating another account or sending the same enquiry again.
Good to know: Required enquiry consent shares your brief and contact details with the selected businesses. Optional marketing consent is a separate choice. Cookie settings are also separate: use the notice’s settings control to manage non-essential usage statistics.
Good to know: Email-dependent features, including password-reset emails, email-link sign-in and email-change confirmations, are coming soon. Do not rely on them for account access yet. Never send MWT Cymru or a business your password. Use Contact us if you need help accessing your account; the team cannot show you an existing password.
