1. 11. Open Group activities.
2. 22. Choose a category under What kind of activity.
3. 33. Use Extras for your event when you want an on-site service rather than a group activity.
4. 44. Enter the number of people taking part.
5. 55. Choose your region or enter a place under Where.
6. 66. Open More filters to refine delivery and practical requirements.
7. 77. Select View on a result to read the provider’s details.
8. 88. Use Add to plan to save an option for later.

Tip: Check whether you travel to the provider or the provider comes to your venue. A mobile service is not available everywhere: read its recorded travel area and ask the business to confirm your address.

Good to know: Look for group limits, duration, accessibility facts and indoor or wet-weather options. If you are arranging rotations for a larger group, discuss the schedule with the provider rather than assuming everybody can take part at once.

Good to know: You can include selected activity businesses in a joint enquiry with venues. Check the recipient list so the same business is not included twice. Each provider replies and quotes separately; there is no combined event price.
