- 2. Select Request free help to open the planning-assistance form.
- 3. Enter your name and contact details.
- 4. Describe your group, preferred area and the event you are arranging.
- 5. Add any known dates, budget guidance and important practical needs.
- 6. Check the form before sending your request.
- 7. Use the telephone or email details below if you would rather speak directly to the team.

Tip: Explain what is fixed and what is flexible. For example, your group size may be settled while the dates or region are still open. Mention accommodation, transport or access needs so the team understands the whole brief.
