Create an editable day-by-day plan or copy a published itinerary into My itineraries.
Copy or build a plan
- 1. Open Itineraries to browse published suggestions.
- 2. Open an itinerary and read its days, stops and travel notes.
- 3. Select Copy to my plans if you want your own editable version.
- 4. Sign in if prompted.
- 5. Open My itineraries to find your copy or start a new plan.
- 6. Enter an Itinerary name when starting from scratch.
- 7. Select New itinerary.
- 8. Choose a Shortlist board containing saved venues or activities.
- 9. Use an item’s Add to menu to place it in a day and time slot.
- 10. Adjust Number of days and other plan details as needed.

Copy to my plans on a public itinerary and the editable timeline
Tip: Check travel between stops and allow time for arrivals, meals and breaks. A travel estimate is not a guarantee. Ask providers about group capacity and a wet-weather alternative where relevant.
Good to know: Copying creates an itinerary, not a new shortlist board. Changes to your copy do not rewrite the published suggestion. Timeline changes save as you make them; use Save details for the written details.
Good to know: Adding a stop does not reserve it. Each business confirms its own availability and gives its own quote. EventPlan Wales does not combine prices, make event bookings or collect payments.
