Register your agency

1. 11. Open Sign in.
2. 22. Choose Create account if you do not already have an account.
3. 33. Choose Event agency or tour operator as your account type.
4. 44. Complete the account details shown on the form.
5. 55. Open My account once you can sign in.
6. 66. Complete Company name, Agency type and Country in the agency panel.
7. 77. Add your website, markets served, trade memberships and a short note where relevant.
8. 88. Select Save details.
9. 99. Check the agency status shown in your account.

Tip: Use your real company identity and a website that helps the team understand your work. Company name and country are required. A clear note can explain the kinds of events or groups you arrange.

Good to know: MWT Cymru reviews the application. Agency - awaiting verification is not trade approval. If more information is requested, update your details and contact the team if you need clarification. Do not create a second application to bypass a review.

Good to know: Email confirmations and agency-review notifications are coming soon. Check your account status and use info@mwtcymru.co.uk or 01654 702653 for help. Pending agencies retain organiser access, but protected trade terms and commissionable project enquiries require verification. Agency use is free; each business quotes separately.
