Tip: Keep private client information out of the project title and business notes. Those fields can appear in material you send or share. The private-client control does not make everything you type private.
Good to know: Saving a project does not send enquiries. Check dates, group size and recipients before using Send enquiry to all. Business notes may be included in enquiries and the proposal; they are not a safe place for internal-only comments.
Good to know: The client name stays hidden from businesses and link viewers unless you explicitly share it. Review any downloaded proposal before forwarding it. Projects are your own working records, not a promise of availability, a booking or a combined quote. Automatic email notifications are coming soon.
